Harvested and produced September 30, 2023 and finished roasting November 25, 2023 by Mr. Huang Taifa in Huaizhi Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud three leaf pick of the Tieguanyin cultivar growing at approximately 1,500 feet.

Steeping Instructions

4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min.

Traditional Steeping – Use 6 grams in a 150 ml gaiwan with 195°F degree water.

• 4^th – 40 seconds
• 5^th – 90 seconds
• 6^th – 3 minutes
